A comfortable double bed (160cmx200cm) in the bedroom and a double sofa bed (160cmx190cm) in the living room , which can be opened upon request, are ready to welcome you for a pleasant rest.
FOUR PEOPLE
The apartment can accommodate up to four people, two in the double bed in the bedroom and two in the openable double sofa bed in the living room with kitchenette.
The place
The apartment, consisting of a large double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a large bathroom, is spacious, bright and clean.
The street view allows you to stay in touch with the vitality of the neighborhood. The accommodation is equipped with indipendent heating and air conditioning, allowing you to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. Thanks to the provision of two beds for a total of four bedplaces, the apartment lends itself to different combinations of use, from singles to small group of friends or a family. Please note that the accomodation is not suitable for children under twelve.
A free internet connection allows you to connect 24h/7 without traffic limits. In case of working necessities it is possible, upon request, to have a high speed connection.
AIR CONDITIONING
Thanks to the latest generation of air conditioning you will not suffer from the heat in summer, just press a button and the temperature and humidity level will be automatically adjusted.
INDIPENDENT HEATING
With auotonomous heating you do not risk remaining in the cold, the temperature will be automatically adjusted for maximum comfort.
WiFi
A free WiFi connection is available to guests, through which you can also control the main lighting of the apartment. A high-speed connection is available on request.
The amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, electric oven, microwave and a generously sized refrigerator with freezer compartment.
In a piece of furniture there are useful tools for ordinary and / or extraordinary cleaning, such as an iron, a broom, a bucket and a mop (rag).
The bathroom has a large and comfortable walk-in shower (70x90cm), large mirror, hairdryer with diffuser, wall-mounted sanitary fittings for maximum hygiene. In a piece of furniture harmonized with the room style there is a washing machine and a drying rack for the clothes.

In less than seventy meters you’ll find the bus and TRAM stop with night service too working all year round.
The metro stop (line C) is only a few hundred meters away and is within walking distance.
For those who love to walk you will enjoy the proximity to many points of interest: from the Basilica of St. John to the Colosseum, from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore to the Roman Forum, from the theaters to the disco Qube, from the pedestrian island of Pigneto neighborhood to the San Lorenzo neighborhood.
For those who prefer to move with their car I remind the possibility of parking free of charge on the street (unassigned place) in addition to the presence of a paid guarded garage in the same building.
Shops and services in the area
Very close to the apartment there are several shops, some open until late at night, like pharmacies, a local market, two banks as well as a multitude of restaurants, pastry shops, ice-cream parlors, wine bars, live music venues, bistros, takeaway pizzas, laundries and bar.
For celiac disease, I report in the area various commercial activities with suitable products, from the bar to the minimarket, from the butcher shop, also with the GLUTEN FREE ready to coock meals, to the restaurants (one just in front of the building).
The apartment is also served by the delivery service of pizza and bakery GLUTEN FREE & LACTOSE FREE products of the “Celiachiamo” laboratory in via Caneva.
